Policy
Terms and Conditions WARRANTY
Ample Grid Supply warrants that goods sold are of merchantable quality at the time of purchase unless manufactured in conformance with the Buyer's specifications. Ample Grid Supply does not warrant the accuracy or sufficiency of any advice or recommendations given to the buyer in connection with the sale of goods.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Ample Grid Supply shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any prospective profit or for any special, indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages to persons, property, or equipment, loss of profit or revenue, cost of capital, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims for service interruption. Ample Grid Supply, at its option, shall either replace, repair, or refund the purchase price upon the return of any defective goods.
RETURN OF GOODS
C.O.D. CUSTOMERS:
Goods may be returned up to 30 days
from the date of purchase. All returns must be unused, in their undamaged, original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. All refunds of credit card purchases must be refunded to the original card.
Note:
Returns where the original purchase was made by credit card are subject to a
2% surcharge.
CREDIT CUSTOMERS:
Goods may be returned up to 90 days
from the date of purchase. All returns must be unused and in their undamaged, original packaging. Acceptance of returns shall be at the complete discretion of
Ample Grid Supply.
RETURN PICK UP:
No goods may be returned to
Ample Grid Supply
by way of our delivery trucks without prior written authorization.
NON-STOCK GOODS:
Return of non-stock goods will be subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee and is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Transportation charges are borne by the buyer on all returned goods. Specially manufactured goods are
non-returnable.
DELIVERY
Any dates quoted for the delivery of goods are approximate only. Ample Grid Supply shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for the consequences of any such delay.
DAMAGE AND LOSS
Ample Grid Supply is not responsible for misuse, improper application, incorrect installation, or misapplication of its goods, intentional or otherwise.
Privacy Policy
At Ample Grid Supply, we value our customers' privacy and their trust in us.
Collection of Information:
We collect and store business and personal information provided through our Account Application. This information is used solely for the purposes of establishing and maintaining your customer account.
Third-Party Disclosure:
Details of your account or invoices are not provided to any third party unless expressly requested by you. Information collected will
never be sold to an outside party.
Legal Exceptions:
We may disclose personal and account information if required to do so by law or to protect and defend our rights or property.
Data Security:
All payment documentation provided is stored in a secure location and is not accessible to anyone outside of our accounting department.
Credit Card Safety:
Credit card information for customers using non-present payment methods is stored in a secure online vault provided by our processing provider.
Account Use:
No third parties will be allowed to use a customer's account unless the customer expressly states this is desired.
